How does Osteodouce work ?
We are all connected to each other. Just as a wave is connected to the ocean, we are connected to Wholeness.
Wholeness works like the Internet, linking people.
On the Internet when communicating with someone we can either be sitting right next to them or we can be thousands of kilometers away. It is just a matter of being able to send and receive information.
In Osteodouce it is the same. We can adjust the body of a person remotely,
even from very far away, because two people are two waves inside one and the same Ocean.
In our practice of Osteodouce we can connect remotely to any body parts, as bones, joints, ligaments, organs,
and our fingers can scan them precisely just as if they were in front of us.
It is very easy to do it, all my students learn to scan the body during the first class.
By way of examples : we can contact a lumbar vertebra and feel this vertebra moving laterally with a left rotation (sidebending). We can feel a vertebra being compressed on a side which means that a physical trauma happened when the person was a child : this vertebra did not grow normally and still holds the memory of a traumatic event.
During a session, what matters for us is the Movement of Life inside the person’s body.
Who discovered this method ?
In 2000, Jacky Roux, a famous French osteopath from the Alpes, discovered a movement similar to the primary respiratory mechanism which is present in all life forms, mineral, vegetal or animal.
He calls this movement the Movement of Life.
The Movement of Life is the manifestation of the Universal Energy and reflects the evolution dynamic.
This movement is present everywhere and is the origin of the primary respiratory mechanism also called cranial rhythmic impulse.
Later on, Jacky Roux realized that the Movement of Life can be felt at a distance from the patient body and more importantly that results obtained remotely were much more effective and deeper than those obtained in contact. Over the years he developed a method called Osteodouce ( gentle osteopathy ).
How does it work in practice ?
When we practice Osteodouce, we remotely connect to a bone, an organ or a joint :
our fingers from one hand represent a specific bone and our fingers from the other hand represent another bone.
When a joint is aligned, our fingers are taken by an energy flow and move in a harmonious 8 motion.
That figure 8 is called a lemniscate and lemniscates are present everywhere. Planets create infinite lemniscates in their dances around their Suns, throughout space and multiple galaxies. Inside our bodies, this same dance occurs, just like the DNA structure.
Lemniscates are to be found throughout the human physical structure as long as the body is well-adjusted,
because lemniscates are the manifestation of the Universal Energy in a balanced motion.
When physical or emotional traumas take place in a person’s life, this motion may be limited.
The harmonization takes place simply by observing with gentleness a body part, without any intention to do anything.
We simply observe a body part until it starts to release its traumatic history : layers of traumatic events, compensations, accidents, falls, emotions are released layer after layer until the body part reconnects to its harmonious intrinsic Movement of Life.
The body structure is adjusted in an energetic way.
When a body part is in harmony, we feel a movement similar to the external and internal rotation of the primary respiratory mechanism but in a much deeper, joyful and pleasant way.
Our body is unique and each body part manifests the Movement of Life in its own way.
How does Osteodouce differ from other current methods of physical therapy ?
The vision of Osteodouce is defined in several points :
- The practitioner works with the Universal Intelligence.
This energy connects to everything, contains everything and is a consciousness of unconditional love.
- The practitioner serves as a mediator between Universal Energy and the body structure.
His role is to observe a body part until it releases its traumatic memories and returns to its original position.
- Each bone, ligament and organ have a specific consciousness. We can communicate with them and release them if needed.
- Universal energy is One and manifests through polarities :
When they are in harmony, these two polarities flow in an harmonious motion which reflect the balance dynamic of health.
- Universal energy acts beyond the notions of time :
Universal Consciousness can travel back in time to free the origin of a traumatic problem. While conventional osteopathy restores recent compensations, Universal Energy can access and release a large number of deep adaptive and lesioned layers.
- Universal energy acts beyond the notions of space :
An experienced therapist can work from very far distances from a patient. At a quantum level, distance simply does not exist.
- The osteodouce therapist can scan any body parts with a great precision. It is very easy to learn.
- In practice, the therapist can harmonize articular surfaces, skull sutures, intraosseous or intrinsic torsions.
- Emotions and ancestral memories hold into bones or organs tissues can be released.
- The osteodouce therapist can harmonize its own body anytime and explore the method.
With Universal Energy, the field of application of our human potential is limitless.
Today, Osteodouce is a powerful method that revolutionizes osteopathy

Interestingly, this remote form of Osteopathy was discovered at the same time as the internet.

Harmonizing the body can be done without touching the body and from a great distance away.
We are all connected and it is not just some new age theory. We can experience the results !
I love practicing this method as I can see the miracles of energetics and quantum physics principles applied every single day.
