How to learn the Method ?
I share the method to small group on Zoom. We meet once a week, each class lasts around two and a half hours.
During the first class, I will share with you :
- The history of Osteodouce.
- The method's principles. The Quantum field.
- What is the Movement of Life.
- Many exercises to learn and scan precisely the body.
- The process to balance any joints into the body.
After this first class, you can start experimenting with the method on yourself and other people.
During the second class, I will share the pelvis protocol to balance the entire pelvis.
We will practise Osteodouce on a pelvis, after which you can start practising on yourself and others.
In the other classes, you will learn to align the hips, ankles and knees.
, the spine, ribs, shoulders, arms, skull and TMJ, as well as body organs.
In a simple way, you will learn what you need to know about anatomy, neurology, embryology,
and energetic healing in order to understand and treat people in need of chronic physical therapy.
Can you describe the curriculum in detail ?
Class 1 : Explanation of the Method. Its history. Movement of Life. Joints harmonization. Exercises.
Class 2 : Pelvis protocol according to Jacky Roux and practice on a student pelvis.
Class 3 : Pelvis pathologies. Second practice on a student pelvis.
Class 4 : The hip, the knee, the ankle, the foot and pathologies associated. Periosteum torsions. Ankle practice.
Class 5 : The spine pathologies. Skull base and cervical balancing. The ribs. Somatic memories.
Class 6 : The shoulder, the elbow, the wrist. Skull base and cervical practice.
Class 7 : The entire skull protocol. Emotional and spiritual cranial somatizations. Skull practice.
Class 8 : The jaw. The organs. Transgenerational memories. Body symbolism. Additional teachings.
How long is the online training course ?
The training course consists of 20 hours of theory and practice.
I usually meet my students on the same day and at the same time each week.
All the necessary materials (protocols and anatomical images) are sent before each class.
Most of my students are involved in energetic healing, osteopathy and craniosacral therapy.
I teach small groups. Students practise with each other remotely between classes.
Students receive a certificate at the end of the course.
I also regularly share newsletters and updates after the course.
How much does that cost ?
The cost of each class is 70 euros.
Payment is made via PayPal or Wise before each class.
